Mind Blossom ("we", "us") provides a personal assistant service that captures and organizes what you send it and replies on your behalf. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, mobile phone number, and password when you register.
• Content you send to the service: text messages, emails, links, notes, and attachments you send to your assigned Blossom phone number or email address, along with metadata such as sender, recipients, and timestamps.
• Activity data: a log of actions in your account (for example saved links and sent notifications), retained according to your account settings.

How we use it

• To provide the service: storing, organizing, and retrieving your content.
• To generate replies and summaries: your content is processed by our AI and messaging service providers solely to operate the service on your behalf.
• To send service messages: a welcome message when you register and conversational replies to messages you send.

Text messaging and your phone number

We use your phone number to assign your personal Blossom number and to reply to the messages you send it. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding the service providers acting on our behalf to deliver messages.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share your content or contact details with third parties for their marketing.
• We do not run advertising against your data.

Service providers

We use infrastructure providers to deliver SMS and email and to generate AI responses. They process your content only as needed to provide the service to you and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Retention and deletion

Your content is retained while your account is active. Activity logs are retained for 90 days by default. To delete your account and its content, contact [email protected] and we will remove it.
